As a Shop Owner, I want to view the contents of Custom Notes in the Shop dashboard

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As a shop owner, when I visit Order Notes in my shop dashboard, I can not see the contents of the order notes.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to see the text provided by the customer for the custom notes on the Order Notes page.

Describe alternatives you've considered An alternative would be to remove the order notes page.

Additional context This is in context to custom order notes provided by customers when they sign up, they are also visible in the subscribers' details on the View Subscribers page.
