Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As a shop owner, I want my subscriptions to refresh regardless of the number of subscribers

Describe the solution you'd like I would like shops to auto refresh the subscriber list so they always have the cancel/pause button

Additional context This issue may only affect shops with a large number of subscribers.
