error while loading gltfs.

Hello.. I am getting the below error in browser console when I integrated the modal loader code in my create-react -app. SyntaxError: Unexpected token '<', "... is not valid JSON at JSON.parse () at GLTFLoader.parse (GLTFLoader.js:323:1) at Object.onLoad (GLTFLoader.js:218:1) at three.module.js:41500:1

Can you please help me resolve the same.
