Discord integration broken on linux/macOS

Describe the issue

Currently on linux the discord integration seems to be broken. MacOS has probably the same issue. The Logs have:

[20:29:04.499] [INF] [Discord] Starting Discord client
[20:29:04.506] [ERR] Encountered an error while starting Discord hook, will retry every 60 seconds: discord_game_sdk

Putting everything from the lib folder of the discord zip in Subnautica_Data/Plugins gives following error

[20:29:04.499] [INF] [Discord] Starting Discord client
[20:29:04.506] [ERR] Encountered an error while starting Discord hook, will retry every 60 seconds: InternalError

Further investigation required.
