Add server loading progress

Describe the issue

On some setup (external hard drive, slow hard drive) or slow computer, the server can take a long time to load.

Like minecraft we should have a loading world x%, or something similar

Would be easier to have a full percentage if the number of entities spawned per world was static. it is unfortunately not so might be easiest to call it a day by going off of the spawned batches after knowing just how many there are

We could just have percentage on the number of cells treated
