What problem are you trying to solve with Submitty The Rainbow Grades page is not enabled by default in the sample course, so it doesn't get tested by the html validators for accessibility.

Describe the way you'd like to solve this problem The sample course should get created with Rainbow Grades enabled when running "vagrant up" with a bunch of sample data for students and the instructor. The goal is to feature the different functionalities of the page to increase the coverage of the tests.
