Rainbow Grades - missing feature - omit section from stats

What problem are you trying to solve with Submitty

We are missing this option from the Rainbow Grades customization GUI:

   "omit_section_from_stats": [
        "STAFF",
        "AUDIT",
        "ALAC"
    ],    

Describe the way you'd like to solve this problem Let's add a checklist of all registration sections. Instructor can check which ones should be omitted (should not omit ALL sections).
