Run linter in CI

Things to consider:

  • flake8
  • flake8-docstrings

Also something to consider:

  • unittesting (running tests)

I added github actions jobs for flake8 and pydocstyle, where the latter may fail since we don't really follow specific guidelines there and I'm not going to mess with that. I was mostly curious and wanted to experiment.

For Unittesting, a separate action that runs in its own docker might be nice, but I don't feel like going ahead with that currently.
