Sidebar theme not changing in ST3 b3061

I'm finding that although I can change the theme of the main edit area between the different styles the sidebar theme is stuck on the ocean dark blue even if I select the eighties or oceans light schemes and then restart ST.

Oddly, every time I change the color scheme the "theme" entry from my user prefs gets removed automatically.

This is with ST3 build 3061 on OSX

Same problem here. Doesn't affect most of the chrome around the editor, and causes major graphical glitches.

I'm experiencing the same issue.

OS X Mavericks, Sublime Stable Channel, Build 3059

So the problem just got solved. Here's some info. After installing spacegray, package control started acting up. I would install a Package. It would say it was installed successfully, but it would silently fail to install. Nothing was getting installed.

Then I re-installed package control from the console. That didn't help. Then I went to browse packages and deleted the package control folder.

Suddenly it all started working correctly. Spacegray theme started working as well.

Not sure what's wrong, but it seems the problem is with sublime text and package control and not with the theme.

Thank you @nmn that fixed it for me, after one year and still this issue persists, and I just freshly installed package control and then those other plugins on windows, so this is a package control issue or ST3?

I believe this is a bug in st3.
