Indentation settings error message when closing syntax test files

I often see the following error message when closing syntax test files.

Not sure about the detailed circumstances, but it seems related with closing a file after restarting ST or at least working with them for a longer time.

Via 6b582d51135e25cf9ea45459c0d7862a1337b765, I have toned down the error message to a status message. It doesn't get rid of this behavior per se (which is still a bug) but I don't feel like investigating it.
