Focus MRU tab when moving a view out of the pane

Currently, moving a tab out of a pane focusses the tab to the left. Ideally, it would instead focus the most-recently-used tab instead.

Would the recommended implementation here be for each pane to have its own MRU tab list? If so, I might try to take a stab at this.

That's the way I would do it! Feel free to give it a shot :)

I wonder if it would be possible to tie into Sublime's built-in MRU system.

What kind of MRU support is built-in to Sublime? I know that there's a MRU list for opened files, but that (to my knowledge) doesn't necessarily reflect the last focused tab, which I think is what would be ideal here. Are there other lists available to extension developers?

That's the only one I know of, and I don't know if there's any way of interacting with it other than by binding a command to "next_view_in_stack" or whatever it's called.
