Issue with LaTeXTools on Windows

Hello, I have an issue with LaTeXTools on Windows. I'm trying to create a file which is a .tex image I'm not sure what this means, but it creates a .synctex(busy) & .log, but not a PDF.

Any ideas on how I can fix this?
