Update lint rules

markdownlint has updated quite a bit since we first released our linter.

Not sure if related: markdownlint has option to ignore YAML front matter, which doesn't work in MarkdownEditing or is not implemented. Linter thinks --- on line 1 is a header (md002) and then causes error for md025 multiple top level headers.
