Can anyone run this plugin on st4?

I've been trying for 4.5 hours for this plugin but I can't do it.

LSP and its LSP-helper plugins are a more state of the art alternative. Neither Komodo IDE nor the component providing the backend (CodeIntel) have been updated seriously during the past few years - and so this package hasn't.
