Detecting 'Status updated' but not sending noti

Just manually caught a restock. Looked at monitor running in command prompt and saw it was stating in red that the status had been updated but did not create/send the notification through. Thought it may be from Best Buy using the queue method with "Please Wait..." as button text, but it does show "Add to Cart" on the button prior to that so I'd think it should pick that up.
