You have to add Italian language to your weblate profile and you will see the option to add your language in any projects.

Hey @Seaflowery if you are new to Android development I wouldn't recommend you to do this as it is greater task and requires big overhaul (or some hacky way). As I am seeing in recent time lots of newcomers are creating a PR for this app I happy to assist them. I already have labelled some issue as help wanted or good first issue. You can try them or create some features for this app.
