Locked on fresh install

After a fresh installation of the app, on first start, I'm greeted with a lock screen. however, I didn't even set the pattern yet to unlock. I can't even get in the app. therefore, the app is unusable for me. I'm on 1.0.3

As soon as App gets usages permission it shows the pattern screen.

i think you seen same that screen was meant for setting the pattern lock

I can't set anything, when I enter any pattern it flashes red and nothing happens
