SQLSTATE[HY000] [1203] User epiz_21421395 already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections

Its running fine in localhost Is this an Server Fault or a Hosting Server Fault?

I have the same issue on MacOS, php 7. I cant fix the problem till now.

Do you have a solutions found?

not yet. But you will not find any problem when you will run on localhost

Did you use "localhost" as host in the "config/class/needy_class.php" file? I replace it with 127.0.0.1. No more error now. ;-)

not actually, i used my host as sql113.byetcluster.com in that line
