Make window resizable

A lot of the app's appearance is because of its size and proportions. Not sure how I feel about making it resizeable. Also, a lot of other apps that use modals are not resizeable eg. Harvey, Screenshot. I imagine the app ui like a pop up.

But I think Harvey and Screenshot are completely different things - you wouldn't want to resize them, because.. why? But I think the Hemera window might be a bit too small (especially when wanting to view a weather bubble) and so it would be a common thing to do to resize it. I think we should rather make it more responsive than disallowing this

For that we need to make a better grid layout. Also we should then look into portrait mode options. (Librem Mobile).
