@pyorkie this looks like the same problem we have seen on some other renderers after version 10.6.0. Please confirm this by installing 10.5.0 from https://github.com/UniversalMediaServer/UniversalMediaServer/releases/download/10.5.0/UMS-10.5.0.exe and let us know

Also please try enabling the setting to scan shared folders on startup
