This PR contains:

  • AT_modem application: Implementation of new features, some fix and cleaning.
  • netdev_driver: support of new features from AT_modem, some fix and cleaning.

stack/apps/AT_modem/phy.h is added which seems to contain a subset of stack/modules/d7ap/phy.h , why is this needed?

It is needed when we don't want to build the d7a lib but keep some enums from stack/modules/d7ap/phy.h. Anyway, this commit should not be here, I'll remove it.
