Update the NuGet package with the .NET standard version

I just haven't had the time to setup a new build pipeline to do it since the current tooling in there for building the nuget package (the nuproj) has issues with netstandard2.0.

If I find more time to get the build pipeline setup, I'll upgrade it

Do you have steps to upgrade the package to support .NET STANDARD 2.0

I believe it would be good to have the package supporting this version.
