Issue accessing Apple music

I have an Samsung S24. When I ask Dicio to play music, it tells me "playing media" but doesn't.

Do you already have a media player open? What Dicio does is the equivalent of pressing the "play" button on the media notification or on e.g. headphones

Appreciate your quick response. It works when itunes is open, but I had a previous version where I didn't need to have the app open. Regardless, thank you!
