Text notes skill

By far the most important function for me w voice assistant is hands-free navigation/calls while driving, followed immediately by offline/inconvenient note-taking.

It will open a notes app, and the sayboard voice keyboard app will do voice to text. Then i expect you have to manually save the note.

Not very elegant but all the tools exist to make it happen.
