Yes. I can also install Dicio and film the screen when I reproduce the bug.

You might not have any Text To Speech engine installed on your device. Could you check "Android settings -> Accessibility -> Text-to-speech output" and see if you have something selected under "Preferred engine"? You might also want to download more languages from there.

There is no “Text-to-speech output” in my accessibility settings, not even something related… the only thing I could find is in “System –> languages”, as shown in the screenshots:

You might want to install https://f-droid.org/packages/com.github.olga_yakovleva.rhvoice.android/ and see if a new menu appears afterward
