Update section on using real names

"I take the extra precaution of hiding "real" IDs and accounts from things such as screenshots, for example when we use an AWS enviroment. For example, in a screen output that would include my personal user name on quay.io, I try either to hide the line with '...output omitted...' or replace my user account with a fake, generic placeholder such as 'myuser'. I do the same for screenshots of web apps. It is very easy to do so using Firefox Developer Tools."
