Event: Lunar Festival

There are a ton of bugs in all holiday events in every core. Some cores, such as TrinityCore, have more complete holiday content than others like AzerothCore. In any case, this will detail all of the bugs from the Lunar Festival event which is one of the largest in scope.

• Elder NPC gossip doesn't work. Click "Where is Elder X" does nothing.
• Revelers in Moonglade are not dancing.
• Valadar Starsong, Coin Collector, in Moonglade does not accept quests despite having a Yellow ?
• Duplicated Goblin Commoner NPCs in Booty Bay near Flightmaster
