Save name of last used repository

When importing from GitHub it would be a nice feature to save the last repository used (which in my and many others' case would be the only repository), to save having to look up the name and copy paste it each time

Maybe at least append the name to the target deck's description?

@aleksejrs I think the original request is about different thing (i.e. speeding up repeated import of the same deck). For reasons of figuring out where the deck came from - #78 would preserve the actual repository so I think that would be sufficient
