Update workflow to better describe merging of the changes

Question on workflow - is there an easy way to preserve changes to cards and synchronise them? In the workflow you've described (https://github.com/Stvad/CrowdAnki#how-to-upload-changes) in the first step import, any changes to cards that already exist get clobbered by the import. Also deleted cards get un-deleted. Would you suggest skipping the import step and following the rest of the steps?

Hi, yes I'd suggest to do export without doing import first and manage merging the changes on the git level. I'm going to update WF to clarify this point.
