i have a issue that my project do not allow GPL-3 license, i see you package have (MIT OR GPL-3.0-or-later). So can i use your package in my project and do not public source?

I'm not part of the team but maybe I can help. At the top of the licence information (https://github.com/Stuk/jszip?tab=License-1-ov-file#readme) it says:

JSZip is dual licensed. At your choice you may use it under the MIT license or the GPLv3 license.

The MIT licence does not demand to publish the source - have a look at the licence text: https://github.com/Stuk/jszip?tab=License-1-ov-file#the-mit-license

As mentioned by @dpoerschke the project is dual licensed, which means you can pick a license that works for you out of the options available.
