Greek Filenames

Hi, I am using elfinder with Yii framework for uploading/browsing files on my server (Xammp on Windows). While I am uploading and seeing files with Greek names without any problems on elfinder window when I go to physical storage folder (on windows), I see files names with hieroglyphic symbols. I imagine that it has something to do with encoding but I am not sure what or where should I change.
