StudentVue.py Login error

Upon logging in using valid credentials, I am met with this error

Unknown error while attempting to login. Please check back later while we look into the issue. The process cannot access the file 'C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Photos\0E\0E80B06D-DFD2-49F9-B041-2958A9655264_IconData.PNG' because it is being used by another process....

Does this still happen? It may be a issue with your district's StudentVUE server.
