Add OkHttp Dropwizard metrics

Start monitoring metrics for OkHTTP clients using https://github.com/raskasa/metrics-okhttp.

Currently, there should be the following clients

  • Grafana API
  • Github API
  • Global

Make graphs in grafana for useful metrics.
