need label shelf orientation option

now that we can have independent x,y dimensions we need a new option to be able to align the label shelf along the x or y for bins. you can see below how the label can only be placed along the y currently:

For rectangle bins, I believe you would be able to reverse the grid sizes to make it work with only one orientation, but for other shapes, such as the L, it is necessary. I would definitely like to implement this.
