Allow a stick range higher than 100%
My current issue is that some emulators and games have their "run" threshold nearly at the edge of the expected stick range. So if I hold a stick between the notches they switch from run to walk. It is quite infuriating.
I'm unfamiliar with how windows handles controller input so I don't know if it's even possible to scale further than 100%.
If it's not possible to simply scale the input I'm thinking a "simple" solution would be an option to stretch the input so that it acts as if the notches didn't exist. So that we'd get a circular input rather than an octagonal one.
That's what turning down the range is for.
