Accessibility Issues With Font Color Choices

The font color on all the themes (except for DirtyFog) is too dark in the Application Settings menu, specifically for selected profiles and the theme selector itself.

This also affects the buttons throughout the app (though its not as bad)

MuddyTree is especially hard to read.
