Controller context menu does not appear

After upgrading to Delfinovin v3.0.0, I encountered an issue with the controller menu:

Selecting a controller should show a context menu for the controller settings. However, this menu is not visible and only appears as a sibling window in the task bar, which disappears when trying to select it.

In the screenshot, you can see the arrow inverted and the task bar icon gets a sibling, but the context menu is not visible.
