Box-style Controllers not recognized

I only have the LBX (2) to test this with. When plugging it in via the Dinput GCC output cable and either the default or CL-FW firmware loaded, Delfinovin didn't recognize anything being plugged into the corresponding controller slot.

It may have not been originally intended as a feature, but it would be a huge help to box-style controller users given that they - at least for some like the LBX - are very finnicky to use in conjunction with Steam games using the Xinput USB output cable.

I don't have the hardware to test support this one unfortunately. I can look at the firmware and see if I can't add support, but I can't guarantee or prioritize it at the current moment.
