Error during new user registration

Hi @nikosf95, May I ask which authenticator are you using for registration? Also, have you attempted registration multiple times and reached the same result?

Hello, I am accessing my poc from my smartphone and i am using my fingerprint sensor as an authenticator. I tried to register a user from my laptop too using the pin authenticator and got the same result. I asked a friend to register by using his smartphone's fingerprint sensor and it worked, but the weird part is that 2-3 weeks ago i was using my smartphone too and i could register or authenticate users normally.

We will take a look at this but we have not had the opportunity to test out all different authenticators out there. Did you change your phone between the two tests or are you still using the same phone?

Me and my friend have the same phone xiaomi redmi note 4. Mine is rooted while the other is not so maybe this is the problem about my phone. But in previous tests i didn't have any problems with my phone, i mean before reinstalling.
