Your installation instructions are wrong.

The file prior is no longer available, so now it's

sudo wget https://github.com/StrongKey/fido2/archive/refs/tags/v4.4.3.tar.gz tar xvzf v4.4.3.tar.gz

oop. I lied. It's still the same, just the version number is different. A bit weird as to why your release was deleted. wget https://github.com/StrongKey/fido2/blob/master/fido2server-v4.4.3-dist.tgz
