Project templates

We would find it immensely useful to be able to define a project template. The template would be responsible for defining the plugins and the default configuration.

We require this in order to support customers that have large numbers of projects (100+). #674 may also fulfil this requirement, through a different approach.

Support for strider.json is already implemented. We're using it in all of our projects.

Would be nice to duplicate projects, with a new repo url.

It would be also good to have branch configurations to be duplicated. At the moment I manually edit the mongodb and change branch name when moving to next branch. However it would be better if I could duplicate branch configuration when I add a new branch.
