Autopilot to handle LSMLiquidStake

Background

Currently, autopilot can handle two actions within stakeibc:

• LiquidStake -> liquid stake native denom (uatom, uosmo, etc.)
• RedeemStake -> unbond & redeem stAsset

There is currently no way to run the LSMLiquidStake

Suggested Design

I would like to suggest adding 'LSMLiquidStake' action within stakeibc to allow automated actions such as

• automatically liquid stake LSM token from the Cosmos Hub
• forwarding the resulting stATOM to another chain (Osmosis, etc.)
