This repo hasn't been updated in over a year, I doubt it'll work at all let alone do anything malicious. Besides, the author is one of the main developers of BetterDiscord.

The big advantage of GitHub is being able to see exactly how something is written, if there was something malicious in this repo someone would have spotted and reported it.
