[Feature Request] Publish to Docker Hub

It would be great if Stremio Web could be packaged and published to Docker Hub for quick and easy installation. Others can then self host both the Stremio server and Stremio Web without needing to build the Dockerfile

Is it possible to self host the account management backend that saves the user's emails, password etc?
