[Feature] Add options pane to player

Issue

• Playback with audio tracks is not configured properly on media server without launching an external media player for vlc. Hence the issue arises with the native player in Stremio.
• Scaling different codecs and video playback can incur different levels of audio quality across different tracks.
• Custom quality for interlacing will allow for the playback to solve issues with artifacts in video
• Custom subtitle formatting for text can be configured
• No option for stereo, mono and otherwise configurations of audio playback

Solution

• Have presets configured when viewing a show with mulitple tracks and default to stereo
• Add options panel for configuring outlining issues
• Save user settings as a preset for that series
• Allow for customization of interlacing and overall video/audio quality

The external player on stremio core has some issues as well that I've noted:

• Youtube trailers cause it to crash when scaling occasionally
• Reloading the entire player, rather than only updating the subtitles/audio track each reload
• No option menu is available with the shortcut T
• No volume slider
