Does this support everything that the desktop Stremio supports?

Yes! However, some addons required being connected to a streaming server.

Does this support all browsers?

Practically every modern browser is supported. However, addons that require being connected to a streaming server are not supported on iPhones (because this is the only platform left that doesn't support MSE; iPads, however, are supported).
