[UX] As a user i would like to change board rows order

Description It would be a nice feature to allow users to change order in the board section. Currently we display rows in add-ons installation order. So in order to have interesting add-on, that we installed as the last one, as the first on the list we would have to reinstall all other add-ons. Also it should be possible to delete some rows from board at all. Settings could be stored locally on user side. Settings per add-on should be removed when add-on is uninstalled.

sort of a duplicate of Stremio/stremio#472 will keep this issue, but let's make it clear that the other one proposes a specific change in order, and this one proposes a way to modify the order as a user
