[ Feature Request ] Subtitles enabled by default

Could you add an option to start with the subtitles enabled by default? I love Auto-Play, but I always need to turn on subtitles in each episode. Thank you, your work is amazing!

All you have to do is just select default subtitles language in the settings.

Actually I'm not talking about default subtitles, but subtitles enabled by default. I need to activate the subtitles in each episode (ON/OFF).
