Airplay image freeze on MacOS Big Sur

version: Stremio 4.4.120 os: MacOS Big Sur (Mac 16" with AMD Radeon Pro 5500M)

Actual Behavior When I extend my screen with airplay, and drag the window from my laptop's screen to the airplay one, the image freeze.

Expected Behavior I expect the video to play normally, no image freeze

Possible solution If I get it correctly stremio uses mpv 0.24.0 under the hood? I installed mpv 0.33.0 with brew, and played a video on the airplay extended display and I got no issue. I couldn't test 0.24.0 because there is no brew formula for it. It seems that stremio dependence on mpv hasn't been updated in a while (4 years). Could now be a good time to update this dependency?

As a workaround, u could try installing VLC, then right clicking the video player and choosing to play in VLC.

thank you @jaruba , this workaround works. I didn't know I could play on VLC with right click. About VLC, I was experiencing the same bug with it few weeks/months ago. And I resolved it by upgrading vlc.
