Every time I watch something on the Samsung stremio app, I first need to go in and turn off the subtitles, which start every time. The user should only turn subtitles on if required.

Not sure if I should post this here, but on a related note, I can set the default to None on my firetvstick Stremio app, but there is no option to set the subtitles default to None on the Stremio Mac Desktop (version 4.4.168).

Like others have said you need to disable subtitles every time you watch something. Doesn't seem to remember settings like the other platforms do.
